Good news…you don’t hear from me since my scans have been declared N.E.D. or “No Evidence of Disease” and we love NED! Latest scans on September 26 were awesome.
Living with Stage IV metastatic breast cancer has changed me forever and I’m blessed that I am able to live BIG while living with cancer. I’m grateful every day that my body is doing the best that it can and that I’m surrounded with amazing love from family and friends.
I thought I would just take a quick moment to compile some work I’ve been honored to do to support the cancer cause:
October 22, 2018, on Q13 News in Seattle, WA:
January 29, 2019, on Q13 News in Seattle, WA, filmed in my Life Time gym
August 2019, video of my cancer story for a Seattle fundraiser, Tour de Pier – Seattle
Seattle Times photos featuring my mom, Ilse, and sister, Lynn from the Tour de Pier Seattle event!
I was honored to be the top fund-raiser and named “Miss Tour de Pier Seattle”. My Virginia Mason Cancer Institute was one of the recipients.
Hugs to everyone and thank you for your support, love, and generosity.
